Refund Policy.
Refunds aren't available once a template is purchased. Here's why, and what to do instead.
Bottom line
Templates are digital products. Once you've received the Framer remix link and the files are in your hands, the work has been delivered — there's no way to "return" it. For that reason, all sales are final.
Before you buy
If you're not sure whether a template fits what you're building, message me first. I'll tell you honestly whether it's the right one — or point you to a better fit, even if it's not mine.
If something's broken
If a template has a genuine defect — a page that doesn't render, a broken CMS, a file that won't import — that's on me. Message me with the details and I'll fix it or replace the file at no cost.

Buyer's remorse after purchase
Difficulty editing the template (the walkthrough video and pre-launch checklist are designed to help with this)
Wanting a different template after buying
Accidental purchases — Contra handles these through their checkout, so contact them directly
